For our Filament Business Unit, located in Lenzing, Upper Austria, we invite Logistics experts to submit applications for the role of Logistics Manager Lyocell Filament.
Purpose & key responsibilities of the role
Lenzing AG is seeking a logistics professional with a strong background in global supply chain coordination and warehouse management, to take responsibility for the full coordination of internal logistics flows, ensuring data accuracy, customer responsiveness, and efficient global transport and warehouse operations.
Key tasks & main accountabilities
- Coordinate communication with customers regarding order confirmations, pro forma invoices, and transport; and ensure that they receive timely delivery information.
- Monitor stock levels and orders; maintain accurate, up‑to‑date data in the relevant systems for the product portfolio; and prepare accurate reports to share internally in support of production planning.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Quality, ensuring alignment across the departments in order to optimize product flow and customer satisfaction.
- Manage warehouse operations for all filament products globally; coordinate product availability and allocation based on sales, stock levels, and quality requirements.
- Strive for continuous improvement of internal logistics processes, including transport coordination and warehouse flows.
Our expectations for this exciting role
- Hold a degree in Business Administration or Logistics; and/or have around 5 years of experience in logistics management (ideally, with practical knowledge of managing unit loads).
- Proven track record in warehouse management; structured, analytical approach to stock, planning, and internal logistics optimization.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in German; good English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal partners and external customers.
- Knowledge of filament yarns, their applications, or related textile industry experience would be an advantage.

Salary The monthly gross salary for this position, according to the collective agreement in the chemical industry and based on a 38‑hour working week, will be at least €4.300,- with a willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will take part in the Lenzing bonus system.
